New Jersey thrives when we work together for the common good.

The wellbeing of our state depends on the wellbeing of our communities—by lifting up our neighbors, we uplift New Jersey as a whole.

We mobilize New Jerseyans to foster this wellbeing by supporting initiatives that build upon the state’s strengths and protect state residents from threats to the common good. Through research-driven missions and with an ear to lived experiences, we organize around six key pillars:

We show New Jerseyans that everyone can take part in our state. We protect our neighbors not because of who we are or who they are, but because they’re our neighbors—and they’d do the same for us.

  • We support equality by amplifying our neighbors’ voices and sharing their stories, so New Jerseyans can connect through our shared interests and differences–enriching each other’s lives.

We advocate for statewide legal rights and social equality. New Jerseyans proudly defend their rights and stand up for themselves, and we support the policies and actions that will continue to make this possible.

  • We value the preservation and advancement of social programs like New Jersey’s special education and support programs that invest in the futures of children and teens.

Universal access to affordable, high-quality health care is more than a policy stance—it’s a commitment to ensuring every individual has the opportunity to lead a healthy, productive life. This involves a comprehensive approach that integrates patient-centered care, cost efficiency, and a robust, sustainable system that meets the needs of all communities.
